First Week of Advent!

The first of our Advent candles on our downstairs display was lit today by Phoebe from Year 10.

This candle burns to remind us that we have entered the First Week of Advent – the time when we prepare for the coming of Christ at Christmas.

Each week another candle will be lit. There is also an Advent wreath in our chapel.
