Notre Dame Schools in Walsingham 2023!
Every Autumn, the Headteachers of the Notre Dame Schools in England and Scotland gather together to celebrate what is ‘good’ in our communities and discuss ways to help us grow. A key area we have worked on together is developing student leadership.
This led to us to organising the first ever UK conference for Notre Dame students!
This gathering was a very significant new chapter in the history of our schools and how we serve our communities and is very exciting for moving forward in the future!
The aim of this conference was to plant the following:
• SEEDS OF JOY: Enjoying each other’s company
• SEEDS OF LOVE: Finding ways to strengthen our links
• SEEDS OF HOPE: Inspiring young people to shape our future
7 Notre Dame Schools (ND Plymouth, ND Southwark, ND Norwich, ND Sheffield, ND Glasgow, ND Everton and St Julie’s, Liverpool) all met in Norwich and travelled together to Walsingham, the home of the National Shrine to Our Lady of Walsingham.
