Alfie’s Squad Fundraiser

Harriette and Layla in Y12 students organised a bake sale at break today to fundraise for Alfie’s Squad.

Alfie’s Squad is a non profit organisation which helps children and their families who have been bereaved by suicide, in and around Merseyside.

They provide a groundbreaking children’s peer support group that helps reduce isolation and improve self worth. They also provide peer support groups for parents and carers.

Harriette and Layla will also be participating in ‘Carry the weight for Alfie’s Squad’ which is happening this Saturday 14th September. This will be a fundraising walk for 26.2 miles carrying 35lbs!

They are an inspiration and we wish them all the luck in the world as they embark on this incredible challenge!
