Big Lent Walk 2024 gets going!
On Monday, Year 7 completed the first Big Lent Walk Challenge today under the supervision of Mrs Jackson and our lay chaplain!
The course took pupils around the school grounds with checkpoints along the route explaining some of the work that CAFOD does around the world.
Students also had a few thinking and physical tasks along the way, which gave students an opportunity to display some very impressive hula hoop skills!
In 2023 250,000 children and young people from 650 schools raised £187,000 for Lent! Let’s try to raise even more money to help communities in need around the world!
