Notre Dame Values
Everyone who knows St Julie’s knows that there is just something a bit special and a bit different about who we are as a school community.
The clue to why we are that bit different is in our name – it is all about who St Julie was, how she lived her life and the values that she had.
It wasn’t just St Julie herself who had those values of course – it was all the women that joined with her to become Sisters of Notre Dame; all of the people who have been called to work in the Notre Dame schools founded by St Julie and her Sisters; and of course all of the young people across the world who have benefitted from a Notre Dame education.
This is what we mean when we talk about our Notre Dame Values which are hope, faith, truth, joy, love and justice.
But what do they mean for us today?
Each Year group has chosen a Notre Dame Value and a charity to support that embodies that value.
