Solidarity with Ukraine

Today, the Ukranian flag was raised by Year 11 student Vlada Kampane, in the Peace Garden.

Vlada is of Ukranian heritage and the flag flies as a symbol of our solidarity with everyone affected by events in Ukraine.

A second flag that reads ‘Pray for Peace, Act for Peace’ was also raised, as we pray for all people affected by wars and conflict across the world.

Our Lady, Queen of Peace, pray for them.
