Welcome to St. Julie's Catholic High School Chaplaincy

Shakespeare's Birth (and Death) Day

Date: Apr 23, 2018 09:00:00
Details:

Shakespeare is the most wonderful user of language and we still use many of the phrases he wrote 400 years ago.

Prayer for the day

Let's give thanks today for the beauty of language and ask God to help us choose our words:

     to encourage rather than discourage;

     to build up rather than to knock down;

     to bring smiles rather than frowns.

We ask this in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. AMEN.

Now, let's watch this Horrible Histories video!
