Wed Ref (Faith) - 11 Dorothy - Practice ....

Today's reflection was led by Mr Willis and he gave us a teaser to work out what the theme was.  Can you work out the connection?

And the connection is .......

Mr Willis then gave us the chance to think about faith - in our friends, in God, in ourselves.  That's always a good way to start a day - with just a few moments thinking about important stuff which can keep us going all day as we re-visit ideas and see the events of the day in a different context.  I think the thing that came across to me was that it's important to let others know you have faith in them.

11 Dorothy hosted me for Sacred Time today and we watched the Weekly Prayer Video;

It was a pleasure being with them as they attentively and reverently watched the featured events in the world.

 At lunchtime, we had another Overwhelm practice and the participants worked really hard in anticipation of making their debut at First Friday - Hymns Old and New!  Why not come along and have a sing?   It's at 8:25 a.m. near the statue of St. Julie in the Teamtalk area between blocks B and C!
