Thanksgiving - Rome

It was a hectic one today and it was good to start with assembly by 10 Therese!  They were leading an assembly on Thanksgiving but what impressed me was that, despite their Form Tutor not being in, they decided to carry on with it!  It's lovely to see determination and confidence in our students like that!

10 Therese is without doubt one of our smiliest forms!   (I'm not sure if 'smiliest' is a word - but it should be!)

In case you're not sure what Thanksgiving is all about here's a short video (3 mins 24 secs)

At lunchtime, the latest Rome 2018 planning meeting took place with students and staff discussing the itinerary together.  It's really looking good for our Y11 participants.

Anyway, I'm not in on Friday as I'm off to a family funeral so it might be quieter than usual as you leave at hometime!  I'll be back though for Waitress - the Y13 mini-musical!  Can't wait!
