{"id":6451,"date":"2022-07-15T13:53:35","date_gmt":"2022-07-15T12:53:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/chaplaincy.stjulies.org.uk\/?p=6451"},"modified":"2022-07-15T13:54:02","modified_gmt":"2022-07-15T12:54:02","slug":"st-julies-students-receive-the-sacrament-of-confirmation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/chaplaincy.stjulies.org.uk\/index.php\/2022\/07\/15\/st-julies-students-receive-the-sacrament-of-confirmation\/","title":{"rendered":"St Julie&#8217;s students receive the Sacrament of Confirmation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Over the last two weeks, members of our school community joined with young people from across our Pastoral Area to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During Confirmation, the young people reaffirmed the promises made for them at Baptism by their parents and God-parents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The link between the Sacraments of Baptism and Confirmation is strong and to emphasise this further, they relit their Baptism candles as they made their Profession of Faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each candidate chose a saint&#8217;s name that is special to them;
